The Electro Homeopathic Board, Patna was established to organize, standardize, and promote the teaching of Electro Homeopathy—a plant-based system of medicine founded by Count Cesare Mattei in the 19th century.

The Board is constituted under the Electropathy System of Medicine Organisation (ESMO) and is registered by the Government of Bihar under the IT Act of the Government of India, registered under the Income Tax Registration Act, 1951 (Section 12AA) with 80G Exemption, recognized by NITI Aayog, Government of India, and is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified organization.
