Rules & Regulations
General academic and conduct rules applicable to all enrolled students.
Admission Rules
- Admission shall be granted only after verification of eligibility and required documents.
- All information provided by the applicant must be genuine and supported by valid documents.
- The Board reserves the right to reject or cancel admission if incorrect information is found.
- Admission becomes final only after successful verification and payment of prescribed fees.
Attendance & Academic Requirements
- Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in theory and practical classes.
- Participation in practical training, clinical sessions, workshops, and seminars is compulsory.
- Students failing to meet attendance requirements may not be permitted to appear in examinations.
- Regular submission of assignments and practical records is mandatory.
Examination Rules
- Only eligible students with required attendance and fee clearance may appear in examinations.
- Students must carry a valid Admit Card and Identity Card during examinations.
- Use of unfair means, impersonation, or misconduct will result in cancellation of examination and disciplinary
action.
- The decision of the Examination Committee shall be final and binding.
Fee & Refund Policy
- All prescribed fees must be paid within the notified schedule.
- Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except where permitted under Board policy.
- Late payment may attract additional charges as notified by the Board.
Student Conduct & Discipline
- Students shall maintain discipline, respect faculty members, staff, and fellow students.
- Ragging, harassment, violence, or any anti-social activity is strictly prohibited.
- Damage to institutional property shall be recoverable from the concerned student.
- Students are expected to maintain proper dress and professional behaviour during classes and clinical
training.
Identity Card
- Every student must possess a valid Identity Card issued by the institution.
- The Identity Card should be produced whenever requested by authorized officials.
- Loss of Identity Card must be reported immediately for issuance of a duplicate.
Certificates & Documents
- Original documents must be produced during admission and verification.
- Certificates shall be issued only after successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all academic
requirements.
- Duplicate certificates will be issued only as per Board norms and applicable charges.
Transfer & Migration
- Transfer from one affiliated study centre to another requires prior written approval of the Board.
- Migration requests shall be considered only under valid circumstances and subject to Board regulations.
General Instructions
- Students must regularly visit the official website for notices, examination schedules, and important
announcements.
- The Board reserves the right to amend rules, regulations, curriculum, examination pattern, and academic
policies without prior notice.
- All students are deemed to have accepted these rules upon admission.
Important Note:
Any violation of the above rules or submission of false information may lead to suspension,
cancellation of admission, withholding of examination results, or cancellation of certification
as per the rules of the Electro Homeopathic Board.
