• Maintain discipline and professional conduct inside and outside the campus.

Clinical & Practical Training

• Maintain a clinical case study notebook during practical training.
• Follow the instructions of faculty members and clinical supervisors.
• Respect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Use laboratory equipment and clinical instruments responsibly.

Examination Guidelines

• Check the official website regularly for examination schedules and important notices.
• Download and carry your Admit Card and Identity Card during examinations.
• Reach the examination centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time.
• Any use of unfair means or misconduct will lead to disciplinary action.

Documents & Registration

• Keep your Registration Number and Roll Number safe for all future correspondence.
• Preserve your Identity Card, Admit Card, Mark Sheets, and Certificates carefully.
• Inform your study centre immediately if there is any change in your personal details.

Professional Ethics

• Respect teachers, staff members, fellow students, and patients.
• Maintain honesty, integrity, and ethical standards in academic and professional activities.
• Avoid ragging, discrimination, harassment, or any inappropriate behaviour.

After Course Completion

• Apply for your certificate only after fulfilling all academic requirements.
• Complete the registration process as per Board guidelines before starting professional practice.
• Renew your Doctor Registration as per the applicable rules and regulations of the Board.
• Continue upgrading your knowledge through workshops, seminars, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes.
